Each time the event takes place in a new region of Russia. Last year it was held in Novosibirsk and this year is held in Ekaterinburg. Participants came from many regions of Russia and abroad

The Practice insures career guidance and immersion of students and young professionals in the most relevant energy industry topics through solving practice-oriented cases, communication with partner companies, utilising the potential of leading universities to meet the companies' challenges, popularisation of partner companies, universities and local communities of regions where the event takes place. The Practice is international as it has brought together the participants from 4 countries and it is planned to become worlwide and annual event.
