Digital service "Map of the Resident of the Saratov Region"
The project is of high social significance, as it solves a number of important tasks for the region, namely: obtaining a means of control over the provision of support measures; reducing the costs of providing support measures and reimbursement of costs to service providers; obtaining a digital profile of the citizen; digitalization of public support measures; increasing the loyalty of citizens; and helping businesses.

Digitalization of services and service ecosystems for citizens
Stage 1: on November 1, 2022 the transport privilege card was launched; Stage 2: on May 18, 2023 a contract was signed to provide services to implement the information system "Resident's Card of the Saratov Region"; Stage 3: on December 31, 2023 the technological platform of the Resident's Card was implemented; Stage 4: on April 1, 2024 the portal of the Resident's Card kartazhitel64.rf was launched.
Russia: Saratov region
Based on the results of analyzing the experience of other regions, the solution with such a set of services is the most universal. This is the first time that a solution to provide preferential meals to pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under the age of three on the basis of the Resident Card has been implemented in Russia. About 30 regions have already confirmed their interest at the stage of development.
The project has already won a number of prestigious awards: third place in the category "Universal Services" of the second national award for contribution to the development of digitalization of urban economy "Smart City", winner in the category "Smart City and Housing and Utilities" of the annual international award CIPR DIGITAL.
