The project utilizes the rooftops of 71 households in Zhuangshang Village, Mocheng Town, Ruicheng County, to install and construct photovoltaic power generation systems, with a construction scale of 2MW.

Zhuangshang Village's photovoltaic-storage-direct-flexible project, due to its breakthrough achievements in rural applications, was awarded the title of "China Zero Carbon Village Project Demonstration Village" by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the United Nations Development Programme on April 24, 2023. This project has provided a practical and feasible technical path for distributed photovoltaics across the entire county area, and also established a model for the subsequent promotion by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 124 villages and towns.
