The programme’s flexible format allows for various educational solutions to be implemented: business simulations, strategic sessions, workshops, etc. This makes it possible to dive deep into key technological processes, get an understanding of the role and features of interaction between different functional divisions of partner companies, and assess the impact of your area of responsibility on the overall performance of the transport complex. Programme participants have the opportunity to: • build a new system of communications between partners; • form a unified understanding of problem areas of interaction; • develop consolidated solutions; • build end-to-end management teams.
