Coupled with the impact of extreme weather events, certain regions are experiencing tension between power supply and demand. It shows a growing inadequacy in resources to flexibly regulate and ensure the safe operation of the power grid, resulting in a significant decline in power system reliability and economic efficiency. To address these problems, Commercial Virtual Power Plant under Electricity Trading has been implemented. A Virtual Power Plant aggregates large-scale access to the grid for adjustable loads, distributed power generation, energy storage, and other regional multi-resources. Commercial Virtual Power Plant under Electricity Trading first utilizes technologies such as IoT sensing and smart metering terminals, encompassing both hardware and software solutions. It innovatively establishes a multi-tiered distributed resource pool. By associating platform business data, management and maintenance data, and physical device measurement points across multiple dimensions, it constructs a monitoring management system. This system facilitates the commercialized measurement and supervision of operational data. Secondly, a database management system is established using technologies such as MySql, MongoDB, Redis, etc. This system structures the storage and maintenance of vast and heterogeneous data sources. It aims to reduce data redundancy and eliminate data silos, ensuring more efficient data management. Our practice accurately evaluates power consumption characteristics and adjustability compared to other similar practice. Conducting on-site research into user-side production processes, exploring user electricity consumption patterns and trends, and developing a tiered management framework that encompasses multiple industries and devices are essential steps. This framework facilitates the rapid identification of high-quality user-side flexible adjustable resources and provides differentiated and precise services to guide various users' participation in market-based electricity transactions. Our practice encompasses a more over business model than other practices. The practice utilizes innovative technology in designing the Virtual Power Plant Commercial Platform. It combines electricity market transaction regulations and adaptively develops specialized electricity trading functions, including demand response and ancillary services. Additionally, the platform gets connection between the regional grid dispatch and the provincial virtual power plant management platform, also the has a three-level coordinated real-time dispatching capability across the main grid, distribution grid, and microgrid. It allows for the full mobilization of high-quality regional resources to participate in market-based transactions. Simultaneously, it assists the Power Trading Center in clarifying the aggregator entity's status in the medium and long-term ancillary service policy. This achievement marks a "zero breakthrough" for the participation of VPP in Jiangsu Province's medium and long-term ancillary service policy.
