Description of the problem: - A large length of roads as a result of prolonged detection of unsatisfactory road conditions; - Regular visits by specialists of road owners and visual detection of defects during road maintenance work - A growing number of cars and an increase in the load on the road infrastructure, which requires more rapid detection and elimination of defects; - The need to improve road safety and improve the condition of road infrastructure. Functional features: - Creation of a mobile software package equipped with software based on machine vision technologies for diagnostics of the roadway and objects of the road network based on the received data (video streams); - Transfer of information from the mobile software package to the subsystem of dispatching transport management of road maintenance services with the formation of several categories of incidents; - The formation of an application based on the data received and the direction of the contractor carrying out the maintenance of highways for the organization of subsequent work; - Downloading data from mobile labs - Implementation of data acquisition and processing through a mobile software package; - Collection of defects by curators through the UDS Monitoring mobile application; - Implementation of the identification and fixation of an emergency site; - Analysis and formation of measures to eliminate hazardous areas.
