Intelligent early warning program for heatstroke
As global warming intensifies, many regions are experiencing high temperatures, leading to a surge in heat stroke cases. In 2022, the average number of heat wave days per capita in China reached 21 days, setting a new historical record. Deaths related to heat waves also broke records, more than doubling the number from 2021. High temperatures caused a loss of 2.3 hours per day in safe outdoor exercise time per capita. The health risks are significant and growing much faster than expected. Compared to the historical baseline (1986-2005), in 2022, the number of population exposure events to drought increased by 906% year-on-year, heat wave-related deaths increased by 342%, and the number of population exposure events to annual average extreme precipitation increased by 129%. In this context, anyone can become a vulnerable group. In addition to traditional heat stroke vulnerable groups such as the elderly, children, and pregnant women, healthy young and middle-aged adults who engage in strenuous activities in high-temperature environments (such as outdoor athletes, construction workers, and delivery personnel) are also at risk. In 2023 alone, there were 2,300 death certificates in the United States that mentioned the impact of high temperatures. Solution:Temperature and humidity sensor to collect data, Chip performs calculations based on the heat index chart, Different colored lights indicate danger levels

2024-2027
The project can be implemented in any country globally.
1.Low Cost, Easy Operation, Mass Production Capability, Wide Measurement Range: The device is designed to be cost-effective, user-friendly, and suitable for mass production. It is ideal for workers in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. 2.Advanced Sensor Technology: Utilizing temperature and humidity sensors to monitor environmental conditions, the device triggers RGB LED alerts controlled by an Arduino microcontroller when preset thresholds are exceeded. This visual warning system prompts users to take preventive measures, thereby reducing the incidence of heat stroke. 3.Collaborative Operating Model: The project adopts a cooperative business model, in which the team provides core technology and enters into agreements with OEMs. The OEMs handle raw material procurement, production, and processing, while the team focuses on providing technical support. 4.Market Penetration Through Competitive Pricing: By positioning the product for mass production and public use, the project aims to stabilize the market with low prices, ensuring a broad customer base and securing a high volume of orders and supplies. 5.Incentive Mechanisms: Establishing a reasonable incentive system to maximize employee effort, thereby becoming a key factor in sustainable development and maintaining a competitive edge.
