DESIGN OF AGILE TOOLING BASED ON DIGITAL TWINS OF MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT
Digital twins of manufacturing equipment based on 3D scanning can helps to provide exact data for designing agile tools for machining automation. Implemented methodic includes number of steps – from creation of digital twins library to recommendations for designing agile tools based on digital models of machines for reducing time of design and implementation of new automation technologies in manufacturing.
