Vegetable Care Manager - Intelligent Greenhouse Plant Care Spray System

Problem and implemented solution

With the continuous intensification of the global vegetable food crisis and the acceleration of the popularization of agricultural greenhouses, all crops will have pests and diseases every year and every quarter, which makes most farmers resort to spraying pesticides to solve the problem. This not only increases labor intensity, but also inhales a certain amount of pesticides during the process of artificially spraying pesticides. Inhaling too much pesticide is harmful to human health. For this purpose, our team has developed an intelligent medical spraying system for greenhouse plants, which utilizes tracked inspection robots, automatic pesticide proportioning devices, and greenhouse pesticide atomization spraying machines to provide medical treatment and diagnosis for greenhouse crops.This practice mainly includes intelligent collection system, intelligent dispensing system, and pesticide atomization spraying system.Firstly, this project involves using a tracked intelligent inspection robot to patrol the greenhouse. The intelligent inspection robot uses high-definition cameras for wireless image transmission and real-time transmission of vegetable status to the system backend server. Then, the intelligent pesticide dispensing system utilizes big data for AI recognition, analysis, and decision-making to determine what diseases have occurred in the crops, and formulates the required drugs in proportion. Finally, the intelligent pesticide atomization spraying system sprays the drugs onto the crops through delivery pipes and atomization devices to solve the diseases.This device achieves 24-hour uninterrupted intelligent monitoring of greenhouse crops, helping farmers to timely and accurately solve the impact of pests and diseases on greenhouse crops. At the same time, it ensures that crops are not harmed during the growth cycle, improves the harvest of cultivation and caseion, and achieves increased yield and income.Its advantage is to abandon manual identification of diseases and spraying, and instead use robot inspections, big data analysis, automatic mixing, and automatic spraying. This not only helps to reduce the labor intensity of farmers, but also allows them to avoid inhaling pesticides and ensure their physical condition.

The innovation of this case is based on the combination of Internet big data analysis and AI technology to achieve 24-hour intelligent monitoring of greenhouse crops. It has the characteristics of one machine controlling multiple greenhouses. When one equipment is installed in a greenhouse, multiple greenhouses can be controlled, making all greenhouses integrated and easy to manage, so that farmers can get rid of the impact of pests and diseases on crops, so that crops will not be harmed in the growth cycle, and increase caseion and income. This case has three advantages. 1.Adapt to the muddy environment inside the greenhouse The 24-hour AI inspection robot adopts a tracked structure to better adapt to the muddy environment inside the greenhouse. In addition, the inspection robot is equipped with a high-definition wireless image transmission system, which can transmit the captured photos of pests and diseases to the cloud for comprehensive analysis 24 hours a day, and timely detect and treat crop diseases. 2.Can be accurately proportioned according to the degree of disease This project uses a high-precision peristaltic titration pump. In the process of pesticide formulation, the dispensing system analyzes the severity of pests and diseases based on the data from the inspection robot, and uses titration based proportional dispensing to automatically and accurately extract an appropriate amount of drugs for formulation. The dispensing system is equipped with drug detection and monitoring sensors in the dispensing box, which can supervise the concentration of the configured drugs and feed back the detection data values to the automatic dispensing system for comparison with the intelligently analyzed data, reducing the error rate. While effectively reducing pesticide residues in crops, it can also lower pesticide costs. 3.360 degree all-round spraying has good therapeutic effects When the dispensing system is completed, the atomization system controls the motor to start and generate high air pressure, pushing the drug diluent into the spraying pipeline. The medicine is transported through pipelines to the atomizing nozzle, achieving 360 degree all-round spraying on crops, improving the utilization rate and effectiveness of the medicine.
