Unlike monitoring systems that warn of accidents in the range of a few minutes to several hours, which is very short, we will be able to predict accidents in the range of several years. If you give notice of an accident for several hours, the plant employee will only have time to turn off the emergency equipment. Managing the life cycle of an industrial enterprise is a complex process associated with large risks and areas of responsibility. Companies constantly need to monitor product output and compliance with the technological process, thousands of employees and tens of thousands of pieces of equipment. It is difficult to predict breakdowns and plan repair work without disrupting the production chain. Managing the assets of an entire enterprise is even more difficult. Software products, including those that we are developing, make it possible to simplify the life of an enterprise by digitalizing these operations and data. Furthermore, in 2022, Russian industry faced new challenges: due to the withdrawal of many Western companies from the market and import restrictions, domestic companies lost access to foreign equipment, materials and technologies critical for the operation of the enterprise as a whole. The situation is further aggravated by the outflow of highly qualified personnel moving to more marginal segments of the economy and foreign companies. At the same time, the problem with the obsolescence of the technological park of large industrial enterprises only continued to worsen. Simple RBI is a software product that completely replaces foreign competitors in the Russian market.

The minimum period for implementing a pilot project is from 3 months, depending on the complexity of the equipment and the availability of an appropriate amount of data for the implementation of the system.
At the moment, we only implement our product in Russia. We are planning to expand to other markets, for instance, to the Asia-Pacific region, Middle East and Africa.
The Simple RBI product has a wider range of functional characteristics than its foreign competitors. At the moment, there are no Russian analogues on the market with comparable functionality or foreign analogues with a similar or expanded set of characteristics. A comparative analysis in table format is also attached in the additional materials section. So, unlike Simple RBI: 1. The RBI module, risk matrices and the PPR generation module are not available in 1C: ToiR and Cyber physics. 2. The MRO project management module is not available for MRO and Cyber physics and MISTRAS PCMS. 3. The database on materials and alloys, as well as reference data for liquids and gases are not included in 1C products: ToiR, Cyber physics, RiskWISE, CORE (AsInt, Inc.), MISTRAS PCMS and Synergi Plant. 4. The Corrosion Circuits Formation Module and the Technical Report Generation Module are not available in M&R and Cyber physics and MISTRAS PCMS. 5. The functional characteristic of Asset Management is absent from almost all competitors, except for CREDO, AVEVA AMETHYSTE and GE Digital Meridium. 6. Integration with corporate email service is not included in 1C: TOiR, Cyber physics, MISTRAS PCMS and AVEVA AMETHYSTE. 7. Integration with ERP, Dashbords for all specifications in the context of hazardous production facilities and notifications about failures to meet maintenance deadlines do not work for 1C: Maintenance, Cyber physics, MISTRAS PCMS and Synergi Plant. 8) Alerts about accidents at the facility do not work for 1C: TOiR, Cyber physics, MISTRAS PCMS, Synergi Plant and GE Digital Meridium. 8. Visualization of RBI calculation formulas is not included in 1C products: TOiR, Cyber physics, MISTRAS PCMS, Synergi Plant, CREDO, AVEVA AMETHYSTE and GE Digital Meridium. 9. Categorization of the consequences of failures and a module that takes into account the operating time of specifications are absent in almost all competitors, except for Synergi Plant and AVEVA AMETHYSTE. 10. The web version of the product was not developed by 1C: TOiR and MISTRAS PCMS. Thus, the uniqueness and innovativeness of Simple RBI lies in its unique and most complete set of functional characteristics. A significant advantage of Simple RBI is also its price, which is significantly lower than that of all foreign competitors, which makes it an ideal import-substituting solution for users.
