For residents: - A mobile app with a personal account for convenient and quick communication with service companies. - One-click meter reading submissions for electricity, gas, and water. - Automatic upload of charges for all utility services, with easy grouping of all charges by property and the ability to detail charges for each service. - Payment of all utilities with a single payment from any bank card of the banks of the Russian Federation. - Management of readings, charges, and payments for different properties or owners. - Payment and reading history. - Push notifications from utility services regarding the resident's property. - Ordering emergency and non-tariff services from service companies. For companies: - Unified payment service – allows payment of all bills with a single payment. - Automated tools for registering and processing consumer requests in real-time. - Optional 24/7 trained call center for handling consumer requests. - Reduced load on dispatch services with automatic request registration through Сommunalka’s mobile app, VTB bank system, and emergency dispatch robot. - Management of emergencies by dispatchers through a unified web portal. - Analytics on payment collection, accounts receivable management, request and complaint analysis, and the quality of departmental work with requests. - Automating non-tariff paid services through a single personal account ensures complete control and tracking of all requests. - The reminder system includes messages, push notifications, and official letters reminding of meter reading submissions and outstanding balances. - Online connectors to 1C Housing and Utilities allow clients to see current arrears and pay for utility services on time. - Storage of messages, SMS, and calls for three years for legal protection and resolution of conflicts.
