Renovation of the old production space of DSK500 pursues two goals - development of space for a more efficient and rational process of technological production and expansion of activities open to the public. Thus, the project will bring the citizens closer to the world of technology and become a bright space for the birth of new ideas. The concept integrates the industrial landscape with the natural one - the technological cluster of DSK500 is conceived as a new city, which provides everything for a comfortable, full life of its residents. The ensemble of industrial artifacts is combined with large green areas, a picturesque boulevard, a new vertical dominant, a kind of observatory that opens the view to the production process-show.

DSK500 is one of the largest indoor technology parks. The project involves preserving the load-bearing framework, working within the existing structure. At the expense of 10% of new construction, we are completely restarting the territory. A complex system of public and industrial spaces is organized under a single super roof. The main semantic core of the project is how public spaces harmoniously coexist with production hangars. Thanks to socio-cultural programming of industrial spaces and competent organization of logistics corridors in the industrial part, the balance is maintained, public spaces and industrial areas are a single organism. The blocks are distributed in such a way that in the public specially concentrated space on the way of visitors' movement they tell a complete story about technological and production processes taking place in the building, as well as create a unique spatial experience.
