Problem and implemented solution
In order to develop low-carbon technologies and reduce the carbon footprint, a new hydrogen energy industry is being created in the Sakhalin Region for the export of hydrogen (hydrogen-containing mixtures) and domestic consumption in the energy sector, transport and public utilities.
