AI Ethics Code is a uniform system of guiding principles and rules designed to create an environment of trusted development of AI technologies. The document has a nonbinding nature. Adherence to the Code is voluntary. The Code applies only to civil developments. The unique mechanism for implementing the Code contains Comission, AI Ethics officers and working groups. More than 1000 experts participated in the development of the Code. The Code was discussed with experts on various platforms and aligns with UNESCO recommendations and UN development goals. We define AI ethics as a tool for interaction among society, the state, and developers regarding the socio-humanitarian consequences of the development of AI and new technologies. More than 390 total participants, including the largest AI developers and other institutions.
