Integrating Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking approach to elucidate the mechanism of Terminalia chebula for the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Problem and implemented solution

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disorder characterized by inflammation, pain, and swelling in the joints, leading to joint destruction and disability. Terminalia chebula, a well-known medicinal plant, has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Implemented Solutions: To elucidate the mechanism of action of Terminalia chebula in the treatment of RA, an integrated network pharmacology and molecular docking approach was employed. The following steps are required such as Identification of Bioactive Compounds, Target Prediction, Network Pharmacology Analysis, Pathway Enrichment Analysis, Molecular Docking Studies and Validiation
