There are no or poorly developed mechanisms for cooperation and exchange of knowledge and skills in the field of training personnel for the energy transition among BRICS countries. Educational programmes for training civil servants in BRICS countries often lack sectoral specialisation. There are no requirements for civil servants to have knowledge of the industry, technological processes, and technical aspects.The problems and solution did not fit in the response form and are presented in a file in the application attachment

Competitive Advantages The initiative received positive feedback from participants of the BRICS Seminar on Skills for Energy Transition held on 26-29 June in Obninsk, Russia. Deep Sectoral Specialisation: Focuses on a detailed study of the management object, not just on developing managerial skills. Practical Project Work: Plans to take a real industry task from the participant's workplace and solve it fully or partially within the training duration with consultative support from leading industry experts. Large Pool of Experts: Access to a broad range of experts across different subject areas. Extensive Knowledge Base: Covers areas such as reliable and flexible distribution networks, intelligent distributed energy, customer services, hydrogen energy, and new and mobile energy sources. Comprehensive Approach: Each area is examined through multiple models: technological, professional-functional, regulatory, educational, and business models. Outcome-Focused Programme: Based on the requirements for specialist performance outcomes at the workplace, considering real constraints. The programme can be adjusted to meet specific requests.
