Development of a program to assess the proximity of major metal deposits to latitudes or geodetic lines to search for deposits near these lines
When looking at the maps of deposits of certain metals, patterns in their location are observed. Particularly striking is their location on one straight line - latitude, meridian, geodetic line. It is clear that on the globe, some of these "straight lines" will become curved and even sinusoidal. But it is possible that when observing mines plotted on the globe, some will be grouped in strip zones, which can be lineaments of various natures - including those depending on linear structures on the earth's core (or lithosphere base) several thousand km long. It is possible to enter geodetic (with automatic calculation of spherical) coordinates of mineral deposits around the world into a database. Then develop a program for determining the lines on which at least 3 of them lie, with subsequent identification of lines with their greatest clustering. This will allow using a new method of searching for deposits - lineament.
