Problem and implemented solution

At present, most undergraduate and vocational colleges have majors related to new energy vehicle technology. Undergraduate colleges focus on cultivating talents in the research and development of new energy vehicles, while vocational and secondary vocational colleges focus on cultivating technical and skilled talents in the manufacturing and maintenance of new energy vehicles. In terms of talent cultivation, most universities use advanced new energy vehicle teaching instruments for teaching, such as battery teaching equipment, motor teaching demonstration equipment, electronic control teaching demonstration equipment, etc. The existing teaching equipment for new energy vehicles either adopts whole vehicle teaching, which is not conducive to students' observation, learning and practical operation. Either a single device can be used, which has relatively simple functions. To achieve a complete set of teaching functions, multiple sets of devices need to be purchased to meet teaching needs. In response to this, this project proposes a multifunctional integrated new energy vehicle teaching platform, which integrates teaching of new energy vehicle batteries, motors, high-voltage distribution boxes, charging and discharging, motors, and electronic control. It can meet the teaching needs of each module and the overall teaching, connect knowledge, and make it easier for students to receive new energy vehicle knowledge.

Implementation geography

At present, China's new energy vehicles are developing rapidly and their market share is increasing. Based on this, the current implementation area of this project is Guangdong Vocational and Technical College, and a simulation model of a multi-functional integrated new energy vehicle teaching platform is being pushed to vocational colleges in Guangdong Province for free. From the current perspective, the feedback from students using this model is good and can stimulate their interest in learning about new energy vehicles

Description of competitive advantages

(1) This project relies on the development trend of electrification, intelligence, networking, and sharing of automobiles. Starting from new materials and technologies for automobiles, it aims to design a teaching and training platform for cultivating high-quality talents for the development of new energy vehicles. (2) This project is in line with the development of new energy vehicles and innovatively proposes a new energy vehicle teaching platform that integrates batteries, motors, high-voltage distribution boxes, charging and discharging, motors, and electronic control, fully demonstrating the main components of new energy vehicles. Working principle, to assist teachers in modular theoretical teaching and skill teaching starting from the three electricity of new energy vehicles. (3) This project innovatively proposes a six port tubular transparent power battery pack. On the one hand, the transparent power battery pack can fully display the internal structure of the power battery pack, making it convenient for students to master the structure and working principle of the power battery pack; On the other hand, the demonstration platform can serve as a practical operation platform for power battery packs, allowing students to assemble and control battery pack functions, and further understand new energy vehicle power battery packs. (4) Different from the existing use of electric vehicles for whole vehicle teaching, this project innovatively proposes a high-voltage distribution box teaching system. The high-voltage distribution box serves as the energy allocation and control center for new energy vehicles, belonging to the field of "three electric" control for new energy vehicles. In the teaching of electric vehicles, it is not conducive for students to master their internal structure. However, the present invention uses a transparent shell, which facilitates students to understand its internal structure and carry out control operations.
