Art-place ‘Mixer’ in Noyabrsk, Yamal
The project aimed to create a multifunctional, easily adaptable space for a variety of cultural and educational events, capable of accommodating different formats and participant numbers. A key feature was the implementation of a unified control system that allows simultaneous events in separate rooms to be managed from a single interface. TEGRATECH, a multimedia solutions integrator, equipped over 20 rooms, covering 2,500 square meters, with advanced multimedia systems, custom-designed furniture, and integrated cabling. The reception and general areas were designed to support both large gatherings and individual workspaces, featuring interactive BOE panels, modular sound systems with Dante support, and Digital Signage for centralized content management. Universal Hall: This hall is equipped with a versatile AV setup to support a range of events, from online conferences to theatrical performances and concerts. It includes a large LED screen, a comprehensive sound system, and a dynamic lighting setup, all controlled from a centralized station. Stage Equipment: The stage features a motorized curtain, fog machines, and professional lighting, including LED bars, spotlights, and strobe lights, allowing for creative and dynamic presentations. Parquet Hall: This hall is equipped with a 5 x 3-meter LED screen and a comprehensive AV system for online broadcasts, video conferencing, and event recording. The setup includes high-quality sound reinforcement and flexible configuration options for different event types. VR Multipark: Designed for immersive virtual reality experiences, the VR Multipark features advanced VR platforms, gaming tables, and projection systems, providing an engaging environment for both education and entertainment. Photo, Video, and Audio Studios: These studios are equipped for full-cycle content creation, including professional-grade cameras, lighting, and editing tools, making them ideal for producing a wide range of visual and audio content. Conference Room: The conference room is equipped with a 75-inch interactive panel, advanced sound systems, and video conferencing tools, offering a modern and flexible environment for meetings and presentations. Throughout the venue, a sophisticated background sound system, multi-zone audio control, and custom-designed furniture ensure a cohesive and functional environment that meets the needs of diverse events.

The project has successfully developed hybrid multifunctional spaces with a centralized management hub, allowing for seamless transformation to meet various needs. "Mixer" is a prime example of how modern multimedia technologies can support national initiatives aimed at youth development, fostering closer engagement between the younger generation and cultural and educational projects. This, in turn, has a positive impact on the growth of startups and creative innovations. The use of modern multimedia and digital solutions effectively draws young people to cultural and artistic venues. Cutting-edge exhibitions, virtual tours, and immersive experiences actively involve viewers, making the educational process more interactive and engaging. The art-residence is a large-scale project that allows young people to realize their creative potential in various fields such as music, art, design, and video production. "Mixer" is an innovative space at the intersection of culture and education, where IT technologies have created a platform for knowledge exchange and the organization of cultural and educational events. Awards: The "Mixer" art-residence was awarded Best Integration Project in the Government Facilities category at the ProIntegration Awards 2024. This recognition highlights TEGRATECH's ability to create functional and technologically advanced spaces that serve as a strong foundation for the technological and intellectual leadership and overall development of the country's youth. "Mixer" was also named the Best Youth Space in Russia 2023 at the All-Russian Youth Achievement Awards "Time of the Young" 2023, organized by Rosmolodezh (the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs).
