The exhibition opened on March 22, 2024. Duration of implementation - the museum actively attracts attention to the new site and exhibition through the media, cooperation with schools, secondary specialized educational institutions and universities.

The exhibition is located in the Light Industry Pavilion of the Ryazan Regional Agricultural, Industrial, Construction Exhibition and the House of Young Naturalists with a Garden. The exhibition reflects three time periods. The past is 1948-1960. The present, which is “projected over the materials of the past” using news reports within a year. The future, which will show the prospects and plans for the development of the Ryazan region within a decade. The goal is to show the Ryazan region as “one of the historically advanced regions of the country with a unique historical and cultural heritage and high potential for the development of domestic tourism.” This is achieved through “demonstrating successes and achievements in various industries and referring to the historical image of the exhibition of people's achievements.” This exhibition is presented on 47 monitors and is dedicated to the development of the Ryazan region in the 40-60s of the XX century in key areas: industry, construction, medicine, culture, education and agriculture. The past of Ryazan is presented by unique documentary newsreels preserved in the archives. Rare footage helps to feel the spirit of the 40-60s of the 20th century and get an idea of how the buildings that still adorn the streets of our city were built, how Ryazan residents worked, achieving high results in various fields of activity. The "Present" block tells about the achievements of our time, presenting the strongest sides of the region and outlining the prospects. The future was created using a neural network - an innovative approach allows you to visualize an idea of possible paths of development of the region and is broadcast on a separate transparent LED display. After getting acquainted with the exhibition, visitors can take an interactive test, as well as take a unique photo with famous Ryazan residents (S.A. Yesenin, K.E. Tsiolkovsky, I.P. Pavlov), whose image was reproduced using digital technology and transmitted to the visitors' phones via the TCPIP network protocol. The PIXILAB program is used for the functioning of the entire exhibition. We can act as a platform for the creation and broadcasting of modern multimedia exhibitions.
