The TerGIS includes a basic set of functions that allow: • manage map layers • import and export spatial data in various formats • create, publish, and manage custom layers • use a set of tools to create and edit spatial data • publish and manage custom layers work with raster data formats • connect and display data from external sources using OGC standards • maintain a coordinate reference TerGIS uses only open source components and open source code created by Russian developers.
