Description of competitive advantages

Gusheshe Fuels E85 Ethanol Distribution Company Business Model allows rapid retail site deployment compared to typical fossil fuel service stations. Gusheshe Fuels uses brand new, state of the art Self Bunded Tank infrastructure technology, compared to a typical fossil fuel service station, which requires costly, time consuming licensing and extensive civil works on the site. For the motorist/customer, they can enjoy an immediate 50% to 85% reduction in fossil fuel use by switching to E50 or E85 Ethanol. The motorist enjoys a benefit of increased Octane, to 104 or 108 RON respectively, meaning their car engine operates with maximum efficiency. Furthermore, when using E85 Ethanol, CO2 emissions are reduced by minimum 60%, ensuring better air quality in the community. Many countries have made it compulsory to run E10, however this makes only a small dent in reducing emissions in the community. Gusheshe Fuels strategy is to make more vehicles in a community run E85 Ethanol, to significantly reduce emissions in that community, rather than wait years and years for a country wide government mandate of higher Ethanol blends. Since fossil fuel is carcinogenic (cancer causing), by reducing emissions significantly in urban areas without having to wait for government mandates which are very slow, it is possible to save Billions to Trillions in future healthcare claims for lung diseases. Furthermore, Gusheshe Fuels E85 Ethanol Biofuel fuel stations creates 100s of new permanent and indirect jobs in South Africa, a country with unemployment over 40%. Brazil is a key trade partner to Gusheshe Fuels in South Africa, promoting BRICS trade, away from the artificially inflated US Dollar. Hence, the consumer potentially saves 15-25% on their fuel bill compared to Gasoline/Petrol. Finally, the South African Sugar Cane industry is under tremendous pressure and facing massive job losses due to decreased sugar demand in food. E85 Ethanol can be produced from sugar cane, securing this R20 Billion a year industry for years to come. While Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) is a noble pursuit, SAF would only be exported to the benefit of first world countries, and the wealthier who can afford air travel. E85 Ethanol Biofuel on the other hand, supports the most vulnerable and poor, since even the average Taxi commuter in South Africa can potentially save R2 to R5 on their daily taxi fare, meaning they can buy an extra fruit or bread for their family. South Africa is a country with alarming rate of poverty and inequality, so South Africans should benefit from the Sugar Cane industry in the form of E85 Ethanol.
