Breastfeeding is critical for an infant's health, providing essential nutrients and immunity. However, due to various challenges—such as maternal health issues, the risk of infections in medical facilities, and a lack of breast milk banks—many mothers in Russia are forced to rely on formula feeding. This increases the risk of health complications in infants, such as necrotizing enterocolitis, sepsis, and weakened immune systems, leading to higher mortality rates and prolonged recovery times for premature babies. To address these challenges, SaveMyMilk introduces an innovative breast milk pasteurization device that enables safe and efficient preparation and storage of breast milk, preserving its beneficial properties while eliminating harmful microbes. The device utilizes LTLT (Low Temperature Long Time) technology, a gentle pasteurization method that maintains milk quality. By enabling hospitals and even small medical facilities to create breast milk banks, the solution promotes breastfeeding, reduces reliance on formula, and ultimately saves lives by improving infant health outcomes.

Initial Setup and Training (1-2 months): Purchase equipment and train staff in selected facilities. Pilot Programs (3-4 months): Conduct pilot programs in hospitals to assess the effectiveness and gather feedback. Full Implementation and Scaling (6-9 months): Expand to additional hospitals and regions based on pilot success, including further equipment deployment and training. Overall, the implementation can be completed within 6 to 12 months, depending on the speed of adoption and resource allocation.
