Creating the Green trading board in energy exchange market in I.R. Iran for Developing Renewable Energy power plants

The increasing demand for electrical energy, limited reserves of fossil energy, as well as the necessity to protect the environment and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to achieve sustainable development goals, have led to an increased focus of both developed and developing countries on renewable energies in their short and long-term programs, alongside strategies to enhance energy efficiency. A diverse range of policies and incentive programs have been implemented to prioritize the development of renewable energy power plants in I.R .Irans’s over the years, through the formulation of foundational strategies and the enactment of effective legislation aiming . According to Article 16 of the Law on "Increasing Knowledge-Based Productions”, the industries were obliged to get one percent of their electricity from renewable energies and this figure will increase to five percent in the next 5 years. Also, According to Resolution of the Council of Ministers, the administrative sectors of the government are obliged to provide five percent of their electricity in the first year, and up to 20 percent in the next 4 years from renewable energy sources. Based on this, Investors in renewable power plant projects, in accordance with the 'Renewable Energy Supply and Exchange Guidelines' can physically offer all or a portion of their generated energy on the green trading board of the energy exchange. In this system, the electricity selling rate is determined dynamically based on the electricity supply and demand. Additionally, all of the industries, cryptocurrency mining centers and government sectors who supply their electricity through this market are exempted from demand side management programs and power outage
