The recurring bacterial outbreaks in Africa have raised some serious concerns and health risks as can be seen by these lists on the screen and this is just in the past 7 years. The frequent bacterial outbreaks are attributed to: 1. The lack of sufficient lab equipment or exorbitant cost of devices for monitoring bacteria and fungi, limiting access for most laboratories and researchers. 2. This result in delayed test results, delayed diagnosis, prevention measures, and treatment.
