The project is at the stage of scaling production capacities after passing the cusdev stages. After testing the range on the federal and international markets, it is planned to further scale the processes by increasing the range of products from organic raw materials with a long shelf life (sauce, oil). The project has a roadmap for 6 years
The production is located in the Khanty-Mansiysk region, Yugra. The sale of products has no geographical restrictions and can be limited only by the cost of logistics.
The production cycle from scratch allows to reduce the costs of raw materials and logistics. Vertical cultivation using local substrates growing in the territory of Yugra allows to grow organically pure plant raw materials. Unique compositions of finished products (oils and sauces) allows to offer the consumer high quality at an affordable price.The finished product has a long shelf life and does not contain GMOs, dyes or flavor enhancers.
The project is the Skolkovo Foundation in Russia in the field of biotechnology. It has repeatedly become a winner and finalist of all-Russian and regional competitions: 1. Winner of the creative industries accelerator in the Gastronomy nomination. 2. Winner of technology startups. 3. Finalist of the Perm Polytechnic University project "Big Intelligence". 4. Finalist of the All-Russian FOODTECH competition. 5. The project manager is a winner of the "Young Entrepreneur of Russia" competition, a laureate of the Yugra Governor's Prize and, at the same time, the head of social projects in the field of education and the implementation of biotechnology practices in school.
The project is in the process of attracting investment for research and development work as well as patent search for product compositions
