Problems: Education providers cannot handle managing more than 10-20 teams; HR doesn't know which of the training participants are the best fit for the position; The effect of training is not obvious and poorly measurable. Solution: We make project work in educational process manageable at scale; We provide insights about participants for HR decisions; Transparent and digitalized effect of employee training for HR systems.
