Engineering Kit «Copter4Space» is designed to receive and decode digital data transmitted from on-board ISE (artificial Earth satellite) via L-band radio channels. As a result, the users can receive an image of the Earth with a resolution of 2 kilometers per pixel from meteorological satellites. This data can be used by specialists to predict the weather conditions and to control forest fires and monitor other phenomena.

The reception technology is based on the method used in another product of our company. This system includes: - A reflector is located horizontally below. - The irradiator is moved by a manipulator over the reflector. The program calculates the trajectory of the irradiator using open data on the flight path of the satellite. «Copter4Space» uses the same principle, but a dron is used instead of a manipulator. Main advantage is that the drone performs all the tasks of receiving and processing data, you only need to install drone and reflector with an aruco tag, you do not need a lot of wires or complex positioning systems - it's all combined in our drone. A powerful single-board computer can simultaneously perform all the tasks of positioning and receiving a signal. And one of the flagship flight controllers can process input data from the camera and computer, as well as guarantee reliable operation of the copter and the safety of others.
