Effective deb collection is a critical precursor for rehabilitating a consumer's consumer's credit standing (and score). SimONE is a bot that proactively reaches out to financially-fragile consumers on WhatsApp and other channels to help consumers avoid delinquency or provide them with customer-centric options to manage their delinquent accounts. We conducted a world-first with BNP Paribas and competed with BNP + their external debt collectors. SimONE crushed both BNP + their collectors in pre-delinquency collections. Consumers love SimONE.
