Problems and solutions One in ten sudden deaths is caused by aortic pathology (dissection or rupture). At the same time, mortality in the first 48 hours can reach 80-90% without surgical treatment. Therefore, the main method of treatment is heart and aorta surgery. The most urgent problem of the modern healthcare system in the world is the shortage of qualified personnel. The first important task to be solved is the problem of the "Golden Hour" - optimizing the time for which the patient should be examined and treated. However, modern diagnostic algorithms take at least 1-1.5 hours, while the patient should already be in the operating room 1 hour after admission. In addition, the help of experts in aortic surgery is important, but they are not available 24/7. The second task is to manage patients in the "Gray Zone", i.e. patients with borderline changes, when extensive specialist experience is important or a consultation is required, as well as dynamic monitoring. In remote regions of the country, it is often extremely difficult to find experienced specialists to solve such problems. Problem solving: 1. Increasing the expertise of clinics and individual experts, creating specialized teams (Heart Team, Aortic Team) 2. Telemedicine (however, experts are not available around the clock) 3. Expert systems and artificial intelligence Our solution: Development of Russia's first artificial intelligence in cardiac surgery and cardiology. Our product is a web service based on an ensemble of neural networks for the diagnosis of heart and vascular diseases (a medical decision support system, an online service, a chatbot). As a direct product, the consumer receives a research protocol and recommendations for further treatment tactics, including an operation plan. Our service allows you to speed up the diagnosis by 10 times. We are currently developing the "Aorta" product.
