"Leading the field of special new materials with outstanding product attributes such as sun protection, heat insulation, thermal insulation, waterproofing, high weather resistance, high adhesion, high anti-corrosion, and high safety. Taking Team Special Function Material No. 3 as an example, the solar reflectance of the material is greater than 0.87, and the hemispherical reflectance is greater than 0.89. In sunny weather, the top surface temperature can be reduced by more than 15 ℃, and at the maximum sunshine coefficient, the top surface temperature can be reduced by more than 30 ℃. Experimental results have shown that on normal sunny days with temperatures above 32 degrees Celsius, the indoor temperature when sprayed with sun protection and thermal insulation coating can differ by 3-9 degrees Celsius compared to the indoor temperature when not sprayed. The surface temperature of the material after spraying can differ by 10-30 degrees Celsius from the temperature before coating, and the higher the outdoor temperature, the more obvious the thermal insulation effect. After spraying on the surface of the object, a protective cover can be formed to prevent the heat of solar radiation from entering, saving space cooling and air conditioning electricity costs. The thermal conductivity of the material is 0.11W/(m, K), which is much lower than the thermal conductivity of cement mortar, which is 0.93 W/(m, K). In winter, it can reduce the heat dissipation inside the coating and maintain about 63% of the internal heat without loss. The insulation function of the material is good. Form a protective cover on the surface of the coated object to maintain internal heat and save heating costs. The thickness of the material coating is 0.3mm, and the impermeability meets the standard of 0.3M Pa for 30 minutes. The thickness of the polymer cement waterproof coating exceeds 1.3-1.7mm according to GB/T 23445. 0.3 millimeters is much smaller than 1.3-1.7 millimeters."
