Problems from fatal addiction diseases (drug addiction, alcoholism and smoking): - the biggest cause of premature deaths; - more than 70% of suicides, 80% of murders, 68% of deaths from cirrhosis of the liver; - huge losses to the state budget; - 30% of crimes are committed while intoxicated; - tens of thousands of drunk, fatal accidents; - problems and losses of employers; - destroyed families and destinies; - teenagers who use drugs, their army is growing every year; - a sharp increase in AIDS and hepatitis C; - thousands of disabled children due to alcoholism, drug addiction and smoking; - hundreds of thousands of children left without parental care. Problems from socially acceptable addictions (gambling addiction, shopaholism, addiction to gadgets and the Internet, food addiction, procrastination, sects and others): - most of the problems are the same as with fatal addictions; - destruction of the spiritual and moral aspects of humanity; - increase in psychological and mental illnesses, stress; - the health of the nation is declining; - the burden on the healthcare system, the social sphere and the economy is increasing. Unfortunately, medicine is not yet able to cope with this problem; it needs help. The non-profit sector will be able to make a significant contribution using new methods and approaches, reducing the cost of assistance services. The proposed solution consists of creating Unified Centers for working with all types of addictions, aimed at prevention and the problems that they bring to addictions. The basis of the work will be the programs of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Correct Choice", most of which were developed jointly with the Republican Clinical Narcological Dispensary of the Republic of Khakassia. The projects have been tested, proven their effectiveness and have been recognized in various competitions, are recipients of various grants, including the President of the Russian Federation, participants in various forums, including the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2023 and 2024. All our programs and projects will be united in one place, where various subjects of prevention and treatment of addictions will join, reducing their burden with effective solutions.

Our strength is that our addiction consultants have gone through the path from illness to recovery and clearly understand from their experience what medicine and official methods lack in order to solve the problems of addictions. Our initiative group is made up of different specialists, but working in one direction - these are addictions, their prevention, assistance and solving related problems (socialization, work, debts, legal aspects, children and much more). Our vanguard are chemical addiction consultants who have solved their problem and now easily find a common language and identification with people suffering from addictions. This is not possible for narcologists and clinical psychologists, who in our projects are responsible for the illnesses, diagnoses, psychology and psyche of our patients, also monitor their health and, if necessary, transfer them to medical institutions. In working with children, we have versatile child psychologists with experience and experience, each of whom is responsible for different aspects of child development and upbringing. Someone is responsible for game practice, someone for education and approaches, for difficult teenagers and deviant behavior. In general, we fully cover the entire spectrum of childhood. The former leading psychologist of the state prevention center is responsible for children's and adult prevention programs. Work with mothers on deprivation and restoration of parental rights, childhood issues, restoration of documents for all beneficiaries of our organization and all legal assistance falls on a specialist - the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Republic of Khakassia. Experienced organizers support the work of the team, are responsible for events and schedules, deal with document flow and other administrative functions. Together, we have implemented 4 projects on grants from the Ministry of Health of Khakassia, the Presidential Grants Fund, the Movement of the First and the United Metallurgical Company for more than 3 million rubles. Now we have 2 projects in progress for large grants - more than 7 million rubles. In addition, we do a lot of volunteer work and make a great contribution to the development of civil society and the spiritual and moral education of children, youth and adults. In times when our projects and programs remain without funding, we provide assistance to those in need, although not on such a large scale. Almost all of us have many merits and achievements, titles and regalia, victories in various regional and all-Russian competitions, letters of thanks and diplomas.
