It uses generative AI to evaluate candidates' skills and experiences, creating comprehensive reports for recruiters. Our platform aims to streamline the hiring process, reduce bias, and improve the quality of hires. Long-term, Findonic will evolve into an end-to-end recruiting platform, keeping the whole hiring process on the platform, leveraging generative AI to enhance professional connections and opportunities, while having advanced AI integration.

Findonic will initially focus on the Indian market, capitalizing on the rapid growth in AI and digital transformation within the region. Our primary areas of implementation include major tech hubs and educational institutions across India, such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Mumbai. This focus allows us to leverage local networks, build strategic partnerships, and address the unique hiring and recruitment needs of Indian companies and job seekers. Our phased rollout will involve collaborations with universities and recruiters to ensure widespread adoption and impact.
Findonic's competitive advantage lies in its end-to-end hiring solution powered by Generative AI, which keeps the entire hiring process—from job posting to candidate interviews and assessments—within the platform. Unlike platforms like LinkedIn that often redirect applicants to external sites, Findonic optimizes data collection, ensuring both recruiters and job seekers stay within the platform for the full process. This streamlined experience, combined with AI-enhanced interviews and insights, creates a more efficient and integrated hiring journey for both parties.
As of now, we are in the early stages and have not yet received awards or media recognition. However, we are excited to share that our first anticipated accolade is the BRICS Solutions Award. We are actively working towards building our reputation and expect to gain further recognition as we advance.
Currently, we are in the development phase and have not yet published scientific works or secured intellectual property rights. We are working on securing patents related to our unique AI-driven recruitment technology and methodologies. Our tech stack includes Python, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Django, React, Node, NoSQL (MongoDB), Fetch, REST, and WebRTC, which forms the foundation of our innovative platform. As we advance, we plan to file for patents and publish research on our unique approach and technological advancements.
