Deep processing of protein based raw materials

In the face of the upcoming national project "food security", the main goal is to unlock the potential inherent in protein based raw materials. The solution is in developing deep processing of these raw materials not only having this abovementioned potential revealed, but also in providing the added value in the ingredients market. Thus, by extrusion and classification we will be able to process local raw materials as soy, wheat and pea providing the local market the most cheap and affordable protein which has an innumerous of advantages infront of traditional animal based proteins: price, functionality, logistics, growth, storage, etc.
