CRM platform for the government development unit (Amur Region)

Management of the construction projects. Sber and the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the Amur Region have signed a partnership agreement aimed at developing artificial intelligence and machine learning, executing digital transformation, while also fostering research and innovation. These technologies will be utilized to build enhanced services that boost the efficiency of public institutions and improve residents' quality of life. The agreement was formalized at the IX Eastern Economic Forum. To optimize the management of regional projects and operational activities, the Ministry of Construction and Architecture will implement the SberCRM platform by Sber Business Soft. Transitioning to SberCRM will enable the ministry to generate detailed reports and obtain sliced datasets on multiple parameters. This solution improves control and manageability, increases employee engagement and motivation, helps create personal task assignments, and enables electronic document management as documents can be approved directly within SberCRM. As announced, the platform will be adopted by the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Housing and Utilities, and the Ministry of Transport of the Amur Region and their subordinate organizations.
