Automated control of optimal hydraulic modes of the heat supply system of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny

To control the modes of operation of the city's heating networks, a new approach to regulating the city's heat supply system was introduced with the creation of an innovative regime map that allows optimal modes to be maintained with each change in coolant flow in the heating network, covering the entire possible range of network water consumption during the heating period. Thus, one mode card carries a set of separately developed hydraulic calculations for each degree of outdoor air. To improve the management of the city's heat supply system, on the basis of a calculated regime map, software has been developed for automated control of hydraulic modes of operation of heating networks. What is the essence of the innovative regime map: for each flow rate of mains water (step 500 tons per hour), optimally sufficient parameters are determined by hydraulic calculation - setpoints at control points of the thermal network – on frequency control drives in pumping stations, on control valves (RC). Pressure settings are "hammered" into the control controllers of the CHP and RC, for each of the control points. When the flow rate of the mains water at the heat source changes, the parameters at control points throughout the entire heat network (simultaneously) at a given time automatically change.

Development of a mobile laser cladding complex for repairs of machines and mechanisms in production and field conditions

The machine-tool and tool industry is the basic sector of the economy, the development of which is provided by the level of scientific and technical enterprise of metalworking machines, universal technological equipment, forging and pressing and foundry equipment, metalworking tools, hydraulic equipment and other products for general machine-building purposes. The main goal of the Project development is to provide the technological and manufacturing industries of the BRIX Member States with metalworking laser equipment, which can significantly extend the service life of critical parts and components within the framework of the technical re-equipment program. The Project is especially relevant in today's situation, with the depreciation of machinery and equipment in the fixed assets of industry, reaching 52.5%. Due to a sharp decrease in the purchase of imported spare parts and components, the search for new production technologies and equipment aimed at extending their life cycle is especially relevant. Much attention is paid to new technologies for heat hardening of surfaces, the most famous of which are: volumetric heat treatment, laser, plasma, flame hardening and induction treatment. In addition to the general stages of the cladding process, it is important to note that with a total minimum number of manufacturers of surfacing equipment (stationary complexes), they use "boxed" surfacing technologies, which can lead to destructive effects on the processed products, which can cause microcracks leading to brittleness and brittleness, the economic effect for 1 enterprise is more than 1 billion rubles. In particular, this applies to the repair site of large-sized equipment and parts that cannot be disassembled and transported, mobile surfacing equipment is almost the only repair option. The use of this equipment will not only solve the problem of rapid repair, which needs to be solved for the continuous and reliable operation of the main sets of equipment in large enterprises, but also avoid the process of dismantling, transportation, on-site repair and installation, save labor intensity of workers and repair time, reduce downtime, and avoid the cost of replacing new parts and transportation for enterprises. At the same time, the mobile laser cladding complex developed within the framework of this Project for repairs of machines and mechanisms in production and field conditions will be easy to operate, maintain and transport. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GwPdrkyLOtb87yU0u4R3gZHfjt4-ArN0/view?usp=sharing

One of the sources of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, iodine, vitamins A, B, E, D, easily digestible protein is fish. In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated August 19, 2016 "On approval of recommendations on rational consumption norms for food products that meet modern healthy eating requirements", the consumption of fish products is set at 22 kg per person per year. According to Alexander Saveliev, the head of the fishing information agency, fish consumption in Russia is around 12 kg per person per year. The low level of consumption is also confirmed by the National Financial Research Agency (NAFI), with only 36% of Russians eating fish once a week or more. Main fishing areas include the Far East, Arkhangelsk and Murmansk regions, Karelia. One of the key problems is delivering fish to all corners of the country, keeping it cold, either refrigerated or frozen, to prevent spoilage. Such methods reduce the taste quality of the fish. One solution is to increase the volume of fish farming in other regions of Russia to improve access to quality and fresh fish throughout the country. The second problem is the increase in the average annual temperature, leading to an oxygen deficit in water bodies that have lost the ability to self-recover. Considering the fragility of soil and water biocenoses, the low sum of active temperatures (SAT), the period of recovery for agrobiocenoses is a considerable period of time (more than 5 years). Our studies have shown that the main reason for the occurrence of fish kills in water bodies and low fish productivity is the slow rate of oxygen and carbon dioxide dissolution during the dark and light periods of the day. The BIOPRINTECH team has developed a device that improves aeration technology in aquaculture cultivation. Our value proposition is an energy-saving aerator for more efficient oxygen dissolution in water. The project is expected to develop into a comprehensive solution that will monitor and restore the entire water body biocenosis. The aerator is installed at the bottom of the water body, enriching the water with oxygen and maintaining the circulation of water layers. During experimental studies in a water body in the Sverdlovsk region, the speed of oxygen dissolution in water was significantly increased. Air dissolution rates increased by 3.7 times, and oxygen by 9.7 times. The implementation of: The proposed technology will allow to reduce specific energy costs from 336 to 92 rubles. The production effect results in a 2-3 times increase in the stocking density of aquaculture livestock without the use of additional territorial and water resources. Stable fish cultivation will increase the yield from 50 kg to 550 kg per 1 ha of water surface without compromising taste quality. The elimination of the need for annual stocking of fingerlings, artificial feeds, and mass fish kills in aquaculture will enhance the profitability of aquaculture cultivation.

Artificial intelligence Works Providing with the System Linguistics Point of the View Approach. Innovative Model of the Personal Training.

The personal training has become one of the most important questions nowadays, especially in the field of the artificial intelligence. And it is very important to give people linguistic knowledge during the personal training. It is “The System-Model Super Express Method of Teaching Foreign Languages by Tamara Troushnikova” which can help to decide this task very quickly and with the best quality because it is innovative one. The Method is the logical one. It is based on the twelve sciences such as philosophy, neuropsychology, cybernetics, mathematics, systemtechnics, linguistics, etc. and uses the system approach to the problem of teaching foreign languages and the whole linguistics itself. It can be also used in the filed of the artificial intelligence, especially for creating of the innovation artificial men-translates (android, robot), which are able not only to speak fluently, but to think in various languages, i.e a thinking artificial man and an artificial men-coaches for various aims(for example medical, technical and so on). The main point of the Method is the task to form the new system of thinking in the language which is taught with the help of models of thought, which the author Tamara Troushnikova has discovered. The system of thinking is parallel to the native to the native one. It gives the opportunity in 2-8 weeks only (on the first stage of studying the language) to speak fluently without studying grammar in detail (and later to study it easily and quickly) and think on this language. The Method is practically used for 25 years. It gives the opportunity to know the foreign languages perfectly in 3-4 months. About 150 text-books of the new generation have been written on the bases of the System-Model Super Express Method of Teaching Foreign Languages by Tamara Troushnikova. They have been published not only in Russia, but in other countries, India for example. The Method is defended by the trade-mark (brend) “Tamara Troushnikova® ” the patents and the authors certificats.

In terms of the climate agenda, a comprehensive concept project has been developed with the ultimate goal of creating a multifunctional zone (AquaOasis) on the territory adjacent to the reservoir, consisting of technologies developed in symbiosis with our partners. This solution allows for a comprehensive restoration of the ecological condition of the coastal areas and its biodiversity. Restoration is envisaged in 4 stages. 1 stage - involves analyzing the condition of the water body and cleaning it from debris and bottom sediments. Bottom sediments are processed into commercial products. Depending on the chosen technology of bottom sediments processing it is possible to obtain soil mixture, humus, vertical greenhouses (aquaponics), etc. 2-3 stages - the ecobalance of the water body is restored. The optimal mode of aeration of the reservoir, biocenosis (bacteria, microorganisms, algae, etc.) is selected. 4 stage - the reservoir is monitored and the ecobalance is adjusted if necessary. The transformation of water reservoirs in the territories of the regions, by stabilizing the ecobalance, with the creation of a recreational area adjacent to the reservoir, will reduce anthropogenic impact, reduce social tension, provide the region with ecological products and areas of nature-like economic use, provide industrial enterprises with recreational areas within walking distance, which will allow them to meet the ESG-agenda. The technological solution of high-speed aeration has passed practical tests on treatment of recycled water supply effluents and stabilization of water saturation of reservoirs to increase aquaculture planting density. The technology of high-speed aeration reduces specific energy costs from 336 to 92 rubles. Increases the amount of grown fish from 50 to 550 kg per 1 ha of water body mirror. By increasing the density of farmed sturgeon, the technology will increase the profit up to 132 million rubles for one aqua-farm. The aerator enriches the water with oxygen and keeps the water layers circulating. In October 2023, when piloting the prototype at a fish farm pond in the Sverdlovsk region, an increase in the rate of dissolution of air in water by 3.7 times and oxygen by 9.7 times was achieved. Compared to existing analogs, the dissolution efficiency was increased by 367%. Effect of the technology application: Ecological and rapid restoration of surface water bodies, coastal areas and biodiversity of the regions with further organization of domestic tourism. Reduce poaching, create new places for fishing, reduce social tension. Increase the percentage of people willing to grow fish. It will provide regions with local fresh fish, reduce its cost, and increase the health of the nation. Creation of new socially-oriented territories in the coastal zone of water bodies with the development of ecological, recreational and ethnographic tourism, will increase the level of comfort of living of the population of the territories.
