Automated process control system Silaron

As most of the Western providers of industrial process control systems suspended their services in Russia, a huge market niche emerged. Forecasted market volume by 2026 is 60 billion rubles or larger. We took this opportunity to fill in the gap and create a product that is cutting edge in technology and design.

Soil pollution with salts of heavy metals, radionuclides, pesticides and other pollutants. Intensive farming leads to deep degradation of agricultural soils: changes in granulometric composition and hydrological properties, against the background of negative climate change. Solution - the application of pyrrolidinium polymers binds salts of heavy metals and radionuclides, which reduces up to 3-5 times the transfer to the above-ground part of plants and agricultural products. Properties of polymers are provided by unique technology of synthesis and developed method of application.

Upper-limb prosthetics

Issue Addressed: Millions of people with limb loss or impairment struggle with prosthetics that lack functionality, limiting their mobility and quality of life. Traditional solutions often fail to provide the natural movement, comfort, and confidence users need to thrive. Solution Applied: Our cyber prosthetics combine advanced robotics, AI, and neural feedback to create highly responsive, adaptive devices. These prosthetics closely mimic natural limb movements, enhancing mobility, dexterity, and user confidence, ultimately improving overall quality of life.

Development of plasma atomization technology and production of metal powders for printing medical devices

The increase in people with disabilities in 2023 increased by 3.8% compared to 2022 and is almost 11 million. Of these, more than 500,000 people need prosthetics. To date, there are 2 ways to solve it: 1. get a quota for free care (takes from 11 months to several years); 2) purchase a paid service (from 150,000 rubles). Today, there are many variations of prostheses on the prosthetics market, with different capabilities, functionality and dimensions, however, serious problems remain: long waiting for the patient to be ready for an individual prosthesis (as noted above (from 11 months to several years), rejection of non-biological tissues and materials, low functionality (related mainly to quota supply) and many others. We will offer a new technology for the production of bioengineered powders based on high-purity alloys and additive printing of prostheses according to individual sizes based on 3D scanning parameters, adapted to individual characteristics in order to select a technology that allows to ensure maximum biocompatibility, restoration of their structure and functions. The goal of the project is to research, select and create the best additive materials that are maximally compatible with the body in order to minimize postoperative complications, including rejection. The developed materials (powders) for printing individual prostheses will have the possibility of import substitution of analogues not only without losing consumer qualities, but in many ways surpassing them.

Multidisciplinary remote counselling service as an independent unit within the structure of emergency medical care.

Multidisciplinary remote counselling service as an independent unit within the structure of emergency medical care.

Emergency medical care is an integral part of any country's health care system, providing care in extreme situations. Due to the need to provide high speed and high volume of expensive help, the economic costs of the emergency medical service have always been quite high. For this reason, the questions of optimizing this service, how in terms of resource saving, directly to field teams (and as a result, and increasing the availability of assistance in cases, when it is vitally important), and their ongoing advisory support are extremely important. It should be noted that although multidisciplinary distance counselling services have been successfully realized in some large megalopolises of the Russian Federation, such as Moscow, Kazan, Tver a long time ago (for example, it has been operating in Moscow since 1938), experience of its successful organization in large regions, heterogeneous in their territorial, climatic, economic-infrastructural and demographic characteristics are still unknown. Meanwhile, a big part of the population in need of qualified, emergency and urgent care lives in them, which determines the importance of our project. In the Moscow region, we realized a project to set up a multi-disciplinary remote counselling service, in the situation of a region that is large in its territory, heterogeneous in its sub-regions in the level of infrastructural and general economic development and population density. It was based on the following factors: 1. Relative autonomy (independence from a single dispatch service); 2. Organization of a network of regional centers of counselling, connected according to the hierarchical principle into a single structure; 3. Creating and refining mechanisms to enable quickly and flexible adaptation to peak daily and seasonal activity; 4. A separate personnel system; 5. Developing and implementing a lean human resources management system, which made it possible to create and save the most exclusive team of professionals in the conditions of general staff deficit of medical specialists. The main problems, which have mostly been successfully resolved with the realization of our project: I. Reducing the number of calls to the ambulance service, which objectively do not need a team visit and, as a result, reducing the load on the brigades; II. Counselling support for people who call the ambulance service (or their family members) on self-help before the arrival of the ambulance team; III. Consultative support of ambulance teams by ‘narrow’ specialists during service of profile calls by general-purpose teams during the whole duration of the call;

Sports available to everyone

The project aims to create outdoor simulators that can be used by people with various physical disabilities, including people with disabilities. The main idea is to give everyone the opportunity to play sports, regardless of physical limitations. The simulators are designed in such a way that both people with and without disabilities can practice on them at the same time. It promotes social integration. Outdoor inclusive simulators will be made of durable materials that are resistant to weather conditions and vandalism. This guarantees the durability and safety of the equipment in all conditions.

In our journey of delivering AI Computer Vision Solutions to the manufacturing sector, we encountered significant hurdles in effectively integrating field experts' insights into our models. It became evident that enabling these experts to drive the development process themselves could be a game-changer. This realization led to the inception of Tuba.AI, empowering field experts to independently craft AI Computer Vision solutions tailored to their needs.

Artificial Intelligence In Data Management In Public Health Supply Chain Systems

The proposal seeks to improve data management using Artificial Intelligence (AI). The focus is on evaluating solutions that increase information systems' interoperability, addressing information fragmentation in the various management systems. Fragmentation is a challenge faced by managers, impacting decision-making and administrative processes. The project aims to understand how a prototype's implementation influences an organization's informational dynamics. An area will be identified for testing the use of AI to assist workers in the administrative routine. The creation of intelligent agents aims to facilitate the analysis of non-sensitive data, optimize time, minimize errors, and achieve problem-solving capacity based on learning from previous actions.

Medical malpractice is an increasing public health concern among healthcare providers worldwide. Some specific examples include the following: more than 30% of false-negative diagnostic result, the decreasing number of qualified professionals, low efficiency of procedures that require preliminary medical testing (for example, in vitro fertilization efficiency in Russia is approximately 35% after the first try and 40% after the second try). Another reason is growing need to reduce increasing healthcare costs (e.g. increased buy/use of ventilators during the COVID-19 pandemic) Z-med platform is software for enhancing the accuracy of the diagnosis based on the results of computed tomography, fluorography, mammography, spinal MRI, histology, and in vitro fertilization (IVF) through AI-based analyzing, processing and markup of medical data, including pathology image segmentation and preparing of a formalized description of the particular study. Multi-model platform allows to connect shortly any model for DICOM (technical standard for the digital storage and transmission of medical images and related information) Additionally, the platform aids in predicting the success of medical procedure. For example, through deep data analysis from age, history of previous IVF cycles, endometrial condition, and other factors, the platform automatically determines parameters (embryo structure, development, and health) and generates more accurate prognosis for the likelihood of successful implantation, increasing the chances of a successful IVF procedure completion.
