Development of a DMD printer for the production of high-resource drilling tools from ceramic-metal composites (WC@Ni) at industrial facilities of the BRIX member countries.

One of the important prerequisites for accelerating the economic development of the economy is the creation of conditions for increasing entrepreneurial activity and innovative development. Most of the BRICS countries are a priority for additive technologies with the most mature solutions and readiness to engage in localization. "It is important that Russian developers do not lose their ambitions in competition with Western players in foreign markets," the expert says. "Without this, it will not be possible to maintain the outstripping pace of development of domestic products due to the restrictions of the local market, which we will inevitably run into after the completion of import substitution. At the same time, it is important to export domestic products, rather than scientists and developers to create products on behalf of foreign companies." There are no industrial DMD printers on the Russian market adapted to work with ceramic-metal composites. The only domestic development of ILIST-2XL is closed for commercial use outside the structure of Rosatom. World leaders (EOS, BeAM, Sciaky) offer systems for growing large-sized metal products using various methods of direct energy supply (laser, electron beam). However, these solutions are only compatible with pure metals or alloys and do not allow you to work with ceramic powders. An extended description is attached

Installation for measuring parameters of microelectronic components under elevated temperature conditions

Nowadays, the electronics industry is actively developing in various sectors. Household appliances, personal computers, laboratory equipment, military equipment and many others. All products contain electronic components that have operating temperature limits, not to mention that there are elements that emit thermal energy themselves. And, of course, devices undergo a series of tests, the results of which can accurately say whether the device is suitable for operation in certain conditions. This series includes tests for resistance to elevated temperatures. Tests for exposure to elevated temperatures are aimed at determining the ability of a functional unit to maintain the constancy of its electrical and software parameters, as well as its appearance during and after the testing process when reaching the maximum operating temperature. In addition, the results of thermal tests are used in the development of electronic modules, to determine the dependence of electrical parameters on temperature, the need to design units that provide a microclimate, determine the threshold temperature values for the operation of devices, their transportation and storage. The purpose of the presented project is to develop a device for measuring output parameters in elevated temperatures.

Petroleum polymer resins as multifunctional modifiers

Modification of polyolefins in order to give them the desired properties to create composite materials with high performance characteristics is a widespread practice. As a rule, the addition of a certain modifier is multifunctional. The development of multifunctional action modifiers is carried out within the framework of solving specific technological problems and is limited in nature. Petroleum polymer resins have been found that have a multifunctional modifying effect on SEVA: it helps to improve thermal oxidative, physico-mechanical and adhesive properties. The use of the developed compositions in adhesive technologies is in the modification of the intermediate layer of "sandwich" structures, various adhesives and melt adhesives based on ethylene copolymers with vinyl acetate.

DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPLEX OF DEVICES FOR MICROWAVE ABLATION OF TUMORS

Problem: The lack of minimally/minimally invasive methods for solving surgical problems. The absence of Russian-made microwave ablation devices. Solution: The device for microwave ablation of tumors - "Lance MWA" contains an emitter connected to a microwave generator, made in the form of a piece of coaxial line, including external and internal conductors isolated from each other, with the internal conductor protruding outward relative to the external one. The emitter is installed with a gap in a radio-transparent catheter, and its working part is covered with a dielectric layer with a thickness equal to the thickness of the outer conductor of the coaxial line. Microwave ablation is a minimally invasive method of treating malignant and benign tumors. The procedure is most often used for liver cancer, but can be used for tumors of bones, lungs, kidneys, pancreas and other organs. An antenna is inserted into the tumor, which emits electromagnetic energy. It is transmitted from the generator via a coaxial waveguide and delivered directly to the tissues, ensuring the locality of their heating. 2. The radiated energy causes the water molecules to heat up. Water molecules transfer energy to the surrounding tissue and when a sufficiently high temperature is reached, its destruction occurs. 4. It is important to note that microwave energy directionally affects the area that contains tumor tissue, so healthy tissues and vital structures outside a given area are not subjected to excessive thermal damage.

UAV operators training solution using Augmented Reality (AR)

The project addresses the challenge of effectively training UAV operators while minimizing the risks of equipment loss and enhancing real-world preparedness. We propose establishing training centers utilizing a revolutionary technology: augmented reality. This system constructs digital three-dimensional objects with real coordinates in real-time and overlays them onto the video stream transmitted to the drone operator. This enables operators to interact with digital objects as they would with real ones, allowing them to fly through virtual training courses, monitor infrastructure using digital twins, and complete precision missions with digital targets. Augmented reality effectively merges the safety and flexibility of a simulator with the real-life challenges faced by drone operators. It significantly reduces the risks associated with equipment loss during training, allows for customized training scenarios tied to actual landscapes, and facilitates remote monitoring of training outcomes based on objective digital data.

UAV Operator Interface Using Georeferenced Augmented Reality

The current methods of operator-UAV interaction are largely derived from interfaces used in manned aviation. Typically, these interfaces consist of two or more screens that display a two-dimensional map of the UAV's flight path and the readings from onboard sensors transmitted digitally through onboard telemetry. In some cases, particularly when using a first-person piloting method, information from onboard sensors is overlaid on the flight screen as a two-dimensional interface on the video feed, known as OSD (On-Screen Display). This type of information presentation forces operators to constantly shift their attention between piloting screens and mission displays, distracting them and reducing their operational accuracy. Moreover, while optical or acoustic flow methods can provide estimates of linear and/or angular movement speeds, such data alone is insufficient for effective navigation. Operators also need to know their precise position coordinates and spatial orientation, which requires integrating data from various onboard devices. This raises the challenge of data fusion from heterogeneous sources, leading to the proposal of developing a hardware-software complex (HSC) that addresses the shortcomings of existing systems. The innovative aspect of the proposed project lies in the implementation of a high-definition video transmission system, seamlessly integrated with cutting-edge UAV operator interface utilizing augmented reality. Consequently, this allows the overlay of virtual 3D images with specific geographic coordinates onto the video stream in real-time. Such an interface type can effectively blend real-world objects with three-dimensional visualizations of processes or items that the operator interacts with, providing them with insights into scenarios that a real-time camera cannot depict, thus enhancing operator accuracy and decision-making.
