Research on the design of medical magnesium alloy implants based on laser additive manufacturing

Diseases of the skeletal system, such as fractures, bone defects, and joint diseases, bring great suffering to patients and impose heavy economic and living burdens on society and families. Bone defect repair remains a major challenge in clinical orthopedics. In recent years, biodegradable metals like magnesium and its alloys have garnered significant attention due to their excellent biocompatibility, degradability, and unique bone bioactivity. Magnesium ions, as essential elements for the human body, can induce osteoblast differentiation and mineralization within physiological concentration ranges, promoting new bone formation. Meanwhile, magnesium alloys degrade slowly in the body, gradually transferring biomechanical loads and eventually being replaced by new bone tissue, achieving good integration with bone tissue. AtomMind Predictive Analytics System for Chepetsky Mechanical Plant

The enterprise loses profit due to non-compliance with the quality parameters of finished products and inefficient technical maintenance and repairs of production equipment. On average, about 25% of shell tubes do not meet the specified parameters during technical inspection, and some batches exceed 10%. Each month, there are about 3000 orders with 700 parameters each—requiring real-time tracking of over 2 million technological parameters. Thus, data collection and analysis were only conducted for batches with significant deviations in defects (reactive analysis on a narrow sample). The project's goal was to use collected data about production processes (more than 600 parameters) to improve product quality by reducing the final non-compliance rate from 23% to less than 1%. The project to forecast defect levels and provide recommendations using predictive analytics was launched in 2022 for the main product line—zirconium cladding for nuclear reactor fuel elements (tvels). AtomMind was conceived as a recommendation system for production that would provide intelligent decision-making support. AtomMind is a predictive analytics system using artificial intelligence technology. Through continuous monitoring and timely diagnostics, AtomMind facilitates the transition from scheduled maintenance to predictive maintenance. The system predicts and prevents equipment failures by determining the likelihood of anomalies before they affect production. AtomMind is an effective tool for managing the quality of finished products by analyzing factors affecting product characteristics, forecasting potential deviations based on equipment data, and providing recommendations for adjusting technological parameters of production processes for users. AtomMind is a low-code platform with a unified interface and a set of integration tools that allow the system to be embedded into the enterprise's IT landscape, providing quick development of services and applications to increase production process efficiency.

This project has developed a C919 flight attendant virtual simulation system based on virtual reality technology. This system can serve as a pre employment visual learning system for airlines and personnel interested in becoming pilots, flight attendants, and other related personnel of civil aircraft. It can also serve as a platform for flight enthusiasts to operate "China's Big Aircraft" in their dreams, allowing users to immerse themselves in learning and understanding "Made in China" through virtual interaction. The key technologies that this system focuses on solving include: (1) Passenger aircraft operation interactive platform: guided by the Bing Dwen Dwen, operate and guide the airspeed indicator, attitude indicator, altimeter, sideslip indicator, localizer, lifting speedometer, brake steering pedal and joystick; (2) Concrete safety: including the handling and video guidance of emergency rescue, emergency response, fire handling, and other urgent safety issues; (3) Intelligent cabin maintenance: AI inspection and maintenance guidance of aircraft from a third person perspective; (4) Visual Analysis of Appearance Performance: Develop a column to provide visual analysis and voice introduction of the performance of various parts of the aircraft's appearance.

The use of printed patterns is time-consuming (printing, gluing, cutting, and transferring patterns onto fabric). The pre-sewing preparation process consists of printing patterns on a plotter or printer, gluing sheets together, cutting out the details, transferring them onto the fabric - and it takes up to 3 hours. 2. High material costs (paper, ink consumption or printing costs, and other auxiliary materials). On average, one pattern consists of 50 sheets of A4 paper, and the production of one pack of paper destroys an entire tree. Moreover, paper production requires a significant amount of electricity and fresh water. The pulp bleaching process used in paper production involves chemical compounds, leading to environmental pollution. 3. There is no possibility of trying on the finished product. Virtual fitting allows trying on and evaluating the product before sewing. This is a competitive advantage, as some clothing brands are already actively using this technology, but no pattern brand has implemented it yet. Pattern brand problems: 1. They have difficulties demonstrating and selling patterns to a wide audience. 2. Customers spend a lot of time working with patterns. 3. There are no tools for sustainable development of the pattern brand. Designer problems: 1. There is no single platform for communication and ordering patterns, including custom sizes. 2. They are limited in their ability to find customers and sell their work. Also, we highlight the problem of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation: the aim to reduce waste and promote sustainable development in the industry.
