Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving technique crucial for individuals experiencing cardiac arrest. However, effective CPR requires precision in both technique and timing, which is challenging to master without extensive hands-on training. Traditional CPR training often lacks the personalized feedback required for learners to improve their performance, and real-world practice opportunities are limited. This can lead to inconsistent training outcomes and inadequate readiness among healthcare professionals and first responders. Implemented Solution: The "CPR Training and Qualification Simulator" is a highly immersive solution that uses Extended Reality (XR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, effectively acting as a Digital Twin of real-life CPR scenarios. This system offers realistic and interactive simulations, allowing trainees to practice CPR in a controlled, yet lifelike virtual environment. 1. Extended Reality (XR): XR technology, including Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR) enables trainees to interact with a virtual patient that mimics real-world conditions. The immersive environment helps users develop a sense of urgency and spatial awareness, enhancing their overall learning experience. 2. Artificial Intelligence (AI): The simulator incorporates AI algorithms to monitor and analyze the trainee's actions in real-time, providing immediate feedback on critical factors such as hand positioning, compression depth, rate, and ventilation technique. AI also tracks the progress of trainees over time, allowing for personalized training programs tailored to individual needs and improvement areas. 3. Digital Twin: The simulator serves as a digital twin of real-world CPR scenarios, where virtual patients can exhibit different levels of critical conditions, such as varying heart rhythms or respiratory distress. This digital twin approach ensures that trainees can be exposed to a wide range of medical emergencies and refine their decision-making and physical response in real-time. 4. Gamification and Data Analytics: The system includes elements of gamification to keep learners engaged, such as scoring mechanisms based on accuracy and response time. Additionally, the simulator uses data analytics to provide comprehensive reports, enabling trainees and instructors to track performance metrics over time.

Plintron developed a new IoT Connectivity Management Platform (I-CMP) based on customer feedback The problems faced by customers were I)Customers needed a single dashboard to view deployments & manage their IoT inventory including activations, suspension & ability to fire APIs from existing applications Solution needed to be compatible with GSMA & regulatory requirements & be agnostic to SIM form-factors or type of network. II)Customers did not have control or flexibility in developing multiple commercial models or the ability to create their own commercial bundles III)Plintron Customer organisation wanted Multi-layer Organisation (Admin, Enterprise, & Business Partner) Access IV)Many were interested in reselling IoT connectivity services using a white-labeled MVNO model Plintron developed the I-CMP with the following objectives a) Single-interface dashboard for deployment & IoT SIM management & firing APIs directly from existing applications b) GSMA/Regulatory compliances c) White-labelled branding for MVNOs d) Support multi-layer organisation e) Support all networks & SIM form-factors The developed I-CMP is a Single Interface pane of glass dashboard to manage MVNO & other customers’ IoT SIM connectivity Management ranging from Lifecycle management to Billing and provisioning. Companies could provision/activate or deactivate and manage the entire SIM lifecycle, billing, and provision remotely with a single dashboard saving huge effort and manpower. Being an integrated platform, this comes pre-built and is not a standalone portal; it is integrated with local connectivity profiles after integration with MNOs. Further having its own OSS, NSS, BSS, OCS, API, and gateways enables Plintron to customize Plans which other connectivity platforms may not be able to do. Thus, it enables any IoT company to become an MVNO and offer a more segmented approach. For example, an Automotive MVNO requires a low data plan with SMS however a CCTV company looking to capture Videos will need higher data plans. This is a simple, smart & secure solution with ease of operation that aids customers in their faster adoption and controls operating costs, improves customer experience, and generates new revenue streams for various industry domains. I-CMP supports different business models – with the ability to integrate with small, medium, and large IoT value chain partners & component suppliers The I-CMP allows role-based access management – Admin, Business Partner, and Enterprise. The latter can handle multiple SIM form factors. Fully automated SIM Lifecycle management is also supported. Further, Plintron eSIM with dual-applet switching is an innovative solution for Profile switching between operators – this allows secondary profile use in case of critical applications and low Coverage areas. This Innovative use of applet-based Dual-profile switching enables catering to Dual-profile requirements without using a Remote Service Provisioning platform

The Foundation's project "Illustrated Books for Little Blind Children" has developed a unique series of books "Travels across Countries and Continents" and other books that firmly combine innovation, education and inclusivity, thereby creating a unique set for Russia for the education and development of children. Similar sets are not produced anywhere except Russia, there are no analogues. Bright illustrations and tactile elements turn the reading process into an exciting adventure, and the technology allows visually impaired children and children with special needs to access information through sound and visual effects. This ensures a comprehensive perception of the material, which is especially important for children with various developmental disabilities. For ease of use by preschool and primary school children with special needs, the Foundation has developed a technology for combining a book and using technology in the form of a "magic pencil" with an ergonomic design and convenience for independent use by children to read books without the involvement of adults. The unique technology used in the book “Travels across Countries and Continents” and tactile game methods allow the book to be used by normotypical children, children with special needs and visually impaired children without dividing the learning process into health categories. Touching and interacting with the book helps develop sensory and motor skills, which is especially important for children at an early age. Each element of the book, from the texture of the materials to the sound fragments, is designed to stimulate curiosity and interest in exploring the world. Parents and teachers, using additional materials (educational games and tasks), will help consolidate the knowledge gained and expand the children's horizons. The inclusive design of the book also plays an important role in ensuring equal opportunities for all children. The use of various technologies ensures that, regardless of health status or perception features, each child can fully immerse themselves in the learning process. The publication of multilingual books allows children from different cultures to get acquainted with the materials in their native language, which not only facilitates learning, but also promotes cultural understanding and integration.
