Traditional polymer composite materials have a reinforcing structure that resembles a "layered cake" of reinforcing fibers arranged in a single plane. This structure inevitably leads to material delamination during use or due to impact. This problem significantly limits the potential applications of conventional composite products when higher requirements are needed. A solution is the use of three-dimensional woven reinforcing frameworks, which are manufactured on a specialized 3D weaving machine. This technology is called 3D weaving.

We, iMotus LLC, have created a medical device for performing passive and active joint rehabilitation procedures using developed software that allows you to monitor, analyze and adjust rehabilitation processes. The use of a simulator and a complex of rehabilitation regimes and procedures allows you to increase the mobility of isolated joints due to metered stretching of tissues. The effectiveness of the impact is due to the individual selection of passive and active training programs. Taken together, the rate of recovery of patients and the level of their quality of life are increasing. According to statistics, every third person in the world suffers from joint diseases. The problem of accessibility of rehabilitation is faced by patients with impaired joint mobility with sprains and bruises of joints, arthrotomy and arthroscopy in combination with synovectomy, arthrolysis and other intra-articular operations.

The PMG mine is located in the North Cape, about 615 kilometers away from Johannesburg. The mine is divided into two parts: the old mining area and the new mining area. The main issues are as follows:  The mining area is located in a remote and desolate area, with poor network signal coverage and insufficient infrastructure.  The mining area is facing a shortage of manpower and hopes to introduce advanced technology to improve productivity  Expect to use AI to actively identify hidden dangers and provide safety protection for production operations in the mining area, in order to reduce safety risks in mining operations.  The informatization of the mining area is insufficient, and there is a lack of global visualization management for the entire mining area. We provide the following solutions to solve the above issues:  Build a 5G private network to achieve efficient and secure interconnection of production and operation information within the mining area.  Introduce AI autonomous driving technology to achieve unmanned truck operation within the designated area, adaptive following of unmanned mining trucks, automatic obstacle avoidance, designated parking, automatic unloading, and unified platform management and scheduling. Build a 5G drone platform to achieve intelligent inspection of mining areas, including progress inspection, exploration assistance, quality acceptance, deformation and collapse warning, emergency rescue reconnaissance, and other functions. By utilizing these advanced 5G+AI platforms, the productivity of production operations and safe operations within the mining area has been significantly improved.  Install intelligent monitoring at key locations in the mining area, with AI active video analysis and alarm, and use intelligent monitoring systems for unified management. In the production process and transportation sections,slope detection technology is used to predict the risk of slope collapse or landslide through real-time video/image sampling and artificial intelligence analysis. Early warning and notification are provided to prevent potential risks.  Construct a comprehensive digital data center for mines and set up an integrated big data fusion platform for mining digital brain. This platform will build a three-dimensional visualization platform (digital twin) for the mining area, enabling unified operation and management of related platforms for subsequent construction within the data center, with unified platform interfaces and panoramic visualization control.

Providing access to the 4G Internet and electricity supply to indigenous peoples of the North engaged in traditional economic activities and living in hard-to-reach, remote places of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra (hereinafter - IMNS, camps, respectively). Problem: Social and economic inequality. The lack of access to the Internet and electricity supply exacerbates the social and economic inequality between IMNS living in camps and the population living in cities and villages of the region. IMNS living in camps, as a rule, do not have access to the Internet and are not connected to the centralized power supply (use gasoline generators). This creates problems in obtaining education, health care, communications, household and other basic services. Solution: Modern technologies and innovations in the field of communications and energy provide new opportunities to solve these problems. We have selected a set of equipment that provides access to the Internet using the technology of amplifying the signal of 4 G cellular communications or a satellite communication channel with energy supply from solar panels, storage batteries and backup by a gasoline generator (hereinafter referred to as the system).

Problem: o Inaccurate recordkeeping of mineworkers in the Southern African Development Community (SADC), hence the mining industry loosing contact with former mineworkers; o Inefficient and ineffective processing of unclaimed mineworkers lung disease benefits; o Unnecessary benefit medical examination (BME) submissions into the MBOD due to unknown service records for former mineworkers; o Difficult CCOD claim finalisation due to the unknown whereabouts of former mineworkers; and o Subsequent fraud due to the above. Implemented Solution: CCMS is an end-to-end web-based electronic workflow platform that facilities the paperless processing of occupational lung disease claims. CCMS is role and transaction-based allowing for the segregation of duties per functionality area and which allows for data input, processing and calculations, document output, and reporting through dashboards and data outputs. Medical content including x-ray images are stored against the mineworker record. Implemented at the Tshiamiso Trust in November 2020, followed by the MBOD in July 2021.
