"Low carbon and energy-saving reflective thermal insulation ceramic foam composite board"

In recent years, extreme weather has occurred frequently worldwide. According to the World Meteorological Organization, temperatures in Asia continued to rise in 2022, making it the second hottest year on record. China has experienced widespread power shortage and restriction, and urban residents heavily rely on air conditioning to survive in the scorching heat. The consumption of cooling electricity has further exacerbated power shortages and carbon emissions. How to strike a balance between increasingly hot weather and carbon emissions is a severe challenges. An important pathway is to retrofit buildings to reduce energy used. In this project, a layer of highly reflective paint is applied to the surface of foamed ceramics with low thermal conductivity as the base material to improve the reflection of sunlight. Therefore, the double cooling of buildings are achieved by the thermal barrier effect of foamed ceramic matrix and radiational cooling effect of the coating. And the power consumption such as air conditioning is reduced. Due to its high diffuse reflectivity of sunlight, reflective thermal insulation foamed ceramic composite panels can be used as environmental background and photovoltaic power generation modules to provide added light energy supplement, as in the building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV). Compared with the common environment such as concrete and bricks, the power generation increase of photovoltaic panels about 3%~10% is achieved by using foamed ceramic composite panel. Consideration of the more green power generation in BIPV and less energy consumption , low-carbon, or even zero-carbon or carbon-negative is optimistically realized in the all life cycle of the building.

NEW WATER-SOLUBLE CHELATED MICRONUTRIENT FERTILIZERS

Metal coordination complexes are often used as effective micro-component additives in agriculture. However, their poor solubility in water limits their use. The project is a technology for the production of water-soluble chelated complexes of trace elements (Mn, Mo, Co, Cu, Zn, B, Fe) to be used as micronutrients to increase crop yields. The technology involves the production of fertilizers in a "single" format, containing only one micronutrient. This allows for a flexible approach to determining the optimal composition depending on a plant and soil conditions. Solutions of various micronutrient fertilizers can be mixed together to create stable mixtures without sedimentation.

Prevention of stress and professional burnout among Rosatom employees – Recharge Days

The problem of stress and professional burnout of workers has recently become increasingly discussed: on the one hand, the range of studies on various aspects of the problem of stress and professional burnout is expanding, on the other hand, there is an increase in practical requests - both individual and from enterprises and industries. Such enterprises include nuclear industry organizations. The documents of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) note that physical and mental health directly affect the performance of an employee in the nuclear industry (Assessing Behavioural Competencies…, 2020). Workplace stress negatively impacts safety culture and can lead to accidents among workers (Khoshakhlagh et. al., 2021).In August 2022, a large-scale study of stress and professional burnout of workers in the nuclear industry was conducted at 47 enterprises and organizations of the Rosatom State Corporation. The results of the study formed the basis for scientifically based recommendations for developing organizational solutions and a program for psychological support for workers in the industry. – More in “Description of the problem and implemented solution.pdf” attached. The comprehensive program of events for psychological support of the personnel of the State Corporation Rosatom includes the following modules: – Personnel training and development – Involvement of managers in the formation of a corporate culture aimed at ensuring a healthy lifestyle, preventing stress and professional burnout. – Social and psychological support for employees and their families. “Recharge Days” program Goal: reducing the level of stress and professional burnout among employees of the organization and Rosatom enterprises with the highest indicators. The Recharge Days program includes the following blocks: Information support 1. Interactive coaching on stress management from a leading expert in the field; 2. Information and handouts Assessment of the condition 3. Objective assessment of the stress level using hardware and software systems with biological feedback (BF); 4. Subjective assessment of the stress level and professional burnout (questionnaires, projective techniques); Individual recommendations and correction of the condition 5.Psychological counseling; 6.Correction of the functional condition with the help of hardware and software systems: biological feedback training, relaxation sessions with the help of massagers.

Vaccination issues in Russia have recently become increasingly urgent. One key reason is the insufficient education of healthcare workers in this area as most medical educational institutions do not focus on it adequately. Vaccination is one of the most effective ways to prevent the extension of infectious diseases and maintain public health. However despite its clear advantages, vaccination rates are declining due to a lack of accurate information and the spread of misinformation about vaccines. This inevitably leads to outbreaks of preventable infectious diseases. Misunderstandings or a insufficience of reliable information about vaccines often result in people refusing vaccination, which can negatively impact their health and the health of those around them. In the digital age misinformation travels extremely quickly, especially on social media. False claims about vaccines can foster distrust in medical recommendations and reduce vaccination rates. Therefore it is crucial for healthcare workers and patients to have access to modern tools like the "DataVac" web application https://vaccina.info/datavac. This application provides comprehensive information about vaccines including the infections they protect against, recommended ages for administration, contraindications and potential reactions. The web application undergoes mandatory expert review and is developed by specialists in immunoprophylaxis. Supporting and using "DataVac" can significantly contribute to addressing vaccination challenges and improving public health in Russia and Russian-speaking countries. The "DataVac" web application for searching information from official vaccine data sheets(package inserts) is an effective tool for addressing current vaccination challenges in Russia. It aims to increase public awareness, simplify the vaccination process, and enhance the interaction between citizens and medical institutions by making official vaccine information more transparent and accessible. Supporting and developing this application will significantly contribute to strengthening public health and preventing the spread of infectious diseases.

Intelligent automation of document processing procedures
Intelligent automation of document processing procedures

Intelligent automation of document processing procedures

Business processes of government institutions and commercial companies include a significant number of stages involving the manual processing of electronic documents (digital or scanned copies). Such documents include client passports, waybills, service requests, completed questionnaires, etc. These operations are usually repetitive and do not require cognitive functions. People performing these tasks become fatigued, make errors, and experience demotivation. Manual execution of these operations leads to the following: 1) Excessive personnel costs, including recruitment and onboarding of new employees due to high turnover; 2) Risks of negative financial and reputational impact due to human errors; 3) Inability to increase the speed of service delivery while maintaining or improving quality. The implemented solution is an integrated software platform Primo RPA, which includes robotic process automation (RPA) tools and machine learning algorithms for document classification and information extraction. The Primo RPA software robot performs all necessary operations instead of the user, formulating tasks for the Primo RPA AI Server module and using the results obtained to carry out further steps of the business process.
