Simple APM

Managing the life cycle of an industrial enterprise is a complex process associated with large risks and areas of responsibility. Companies constantly need to monitor product output and compliance with the technological process, thousands of employees and tens of thousands of pieces of equipment. It is difficult to predict breakdowns and plan repair work without disrupting the production chain. Managing the assets of an entire enterprise is even more difficult. Software products, including those that we are developing, make it possible to simplify the life of an enterprise by digitalizing these operations and data. The Simple Company project aims to solve these problems. Simple APM (Asset Performance Management) is a set of software and services designed to improve the performance of assets and the efficiency of their operation, maintenance and repair of equipment and the enterprise as a whole. APM is the most advanced strategic planning system and only a few organizations are currently using it. Nevertheless, the combination of financial information (maintenance costs and production costs), equipment status data (from programmable logic computing devices and supervisory control and data acquisition), and probability of failure data provides high value for operational organizations. The combination of financial information (maintenance costs and production costs), equipment health data (from programmable logic computing devices and supervisory control and data acquisition), and probability of failure (end of life) data provides high value to operating organizations. For most companies, maintenance planning uses a simple measure of equipment availability at minimal cost, optimizing mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair. This approach does not take into account lost profits from production downtime or the impact of the number of repairs on equipment productivity.

"Low carbon and energy-saving reflective thermal insulation ceramic foam composite board"

In recent years, extreme weather has occurred frequently worldwide. According to the World Meteorological Organization, temperatures in Asia continued to rise in 2022, making it the second hottest year on record. China has experienced widespread power shortage and restriction, and urban residents heavily rely on air conditioning to survive in the scorching heat. The consumption of cooling electricity has further exacerbated power shortages and carbon emissions. How to strike a balance between increasingly hot weather and carbon emissions is a severe challenges. An important pathway is to retrofit buildings to reduce energy used. In this project, a layer of highly reflective paint is applied to the surface of foamed ceramics with low thermal conductivity as the base material to improve the reflection of sunlight. Therefore, the double cooling of buildings are achieved by the thermal barrier effect of foamed ceramic matrix and radiational cooling effect of the coating. And the power consumption such as air conditioning is reduced. Due to its high diffuse reflectivity of sunlight, reflective thermal insulation foamed ceramic composite panels can be used as environmental background and photovoltaic power generation modules to provide added light energy supplement, as in the building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV). Compared with the common environment such as concrete and bricks, the power generation increase of photovoltaic panels about 3%~10% is achieved by using foamed ceramic composite panel. Consideration of the more green power generation in BIPV and less energy consumption , low-carbon, or even zero-carbon or carbon-negative is optimistically realized in the all life cycle of the building.

Prevention of stress and professional burnout among Rosatom employees – Recharge Days

The problem of stress and professional burnout of workers has recently become increasingly discussed: on the one hand, the range of studies on various aspects of the problem of stress and professional burnout is expanding, on the other hand, there is an increase in practical requests - both individual and from enterprises and industries. Such enterprises include nuclear industry organizations. The documents of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) note that physical and mental health directly affect the performance of an employee in the nuclear industry (Assessing Behavioural Competencies…, 2020). Workplace stress negatively impacts safety culture and can lead to accidents among workers (Khoshakhlagh et. al., 2021).In August 2022, a large-scale study of stress and professional burnout of workers in the nuclear industry was conducted at 47 enterprises and organizations of the Rosatom State Corporation. The results of the study formed the basis for scientifically based recommendations for developing organizational solutions and a program for psychological support for workers in the industry. – More in “Description of the problem and implemented solution.pdf” attached. The comprehensive program of events for psychological support of the personnel of the State Corporation Rosatom includes the following modules: – Personnel training and development – Involvement of managers in the formation of a corporate culture aimed at ensuring a healthy lifestyle, preventing stress and professional burnout. – Social and psychological support for employees and their families. “Recharge Days” program Goal: reducing the level of stress and professional burnout among employees of the organization and Rosatom enterprises with the highest indicators. The Recharge Days program includes the following blocks: Information support 1. Interactive coaching on stress management from a leading expert in the field; 2. Information and handouts Assessment of the condition 3. Objective assessment of the stress level using hardware and software systems with biological feedback (BF); 4. Subjective assessment of the stress level and professional burnout (questionnaires, projective techniques); Individual recommendations and correction of the condition 5.Psychological counseling; 6.Correction of the functional condition with the help of hardware and software systems: biological feedback training, relaxation sessions with the help of massagers.

Help at Home

Children with craniosynostosis in Russia are treated mainly in large federal centers. This is explained by the rarity of the disease: in our region we detect 5-7 cases a year. We started to treat such children at home, at Lipetsk via special helmets, cranial orthosis.

Platform "Technologies of Kindness" -a federal project of Sovcombank and Sk Fintech Hub

"Technologies of Kindness" -a federal project of Sovcombank and Sk Fintech Hub to organize infrastructural support and digital development of socially-oriented non-profit organizations in Russia. The Technologies of Kindness platform aims to solve the problem of most socially oriented charitable and non-profit organizations in the implementation of information technologies and the use of digital solutions for business processes. Most non-profit organizations do not have enough resources and skills to use information technology, which hinders their development and makes these organizations ineffective and short-lived. We believe that "Technology of Kindness" platform can be extended to all BRICS countries.

Immersive Theater and Museum on Shuanglong Street, Kaifeng

The immersive theater and museum project involves the reconstruction of an existing building. In order not to destroy it, we treat the existing building with the utmost care, thus, the reconstruction of the space is realized through the creation of a new volume - a block of vertical communications, which closes the old building and creates the highest point of the street, the observation deck of the city. This volume has a communication function, it is an interactive museum, media panels can change the appearance of the building depending on the performance, exhibition, event, time of year, they create a street theater that attracts the attention of citizens. In the new volume there are elevators, a ramp to move from floor to floor, and an evacuation staircase. The outer shell of the volume is made of traditional Chinese ceramics of gray color with perforated masonry, which resembles the skin of a dragon. The monolithic reinforced concrete frame resembles a field for playing Chinese checkers, especially noticeable at night. The second dragon of the concept - the winding red ramp - is also found here.

Renovation of the former house-building plant DSK 500, Tyumen, Russia

Renovation of the old production space of DSK500 pursues two goals - development of space for a more efficient and rational process of technological production and expansion of activities open to the public. Thus, the project will bring the citizens closer to the world of technology and become a bright space for the birth of new ideas. The concept integrates the industrial landscape with the natural one - the technological cluster of DSK500 is conceived as a new city, which provides everything for a comfortable, full life of its residents. The ensemble of industrial artifacts is combined with large green areas, a picturesque boulevard, a new vertical dominant, a kind of observatory that opens the view to the production process-show.

Ecopolis on Sakhalin

The project's challenge lies in the fragile ecosystem of Sakhalin Island, where the precarious balance of geological, hydrological and meteorological processes requires careful handling and careful planning. We propose to create an Ecopolis that integrates the ideas of digitalization, decarbonization and preservation of natural ecosystems. The project aims at sustainable development of the area, offering unique living conditions and contributing to the economic growth of the region. Special attention is paid to the organization of space, work and leisure activities, as well as encouraging residents to use resources consciously and adopt innovative technologies.
