STIMUL standard - Solution for service delivery models management aimed at improving patient satisfaction.

Patients globally face various issues accessing medical services, such as reaching or contacting a clinic/hospital, long wait times for appointments, "live" queues even when scheduled, uncomfortable conditions (poor infrastructure, lack of wait arears, poor accessibility of drinking water, etc.), and lack of politeness and empathy from healthcare workers. Authorities set requirements for medical facilities and regional healthcare systems to achieve high levels of patient satisfaction as patient satisfaction with healthcare services worldwide is a recognized indicator of the health system's performance and is included in international healthcare quality indices. Addressing these issues does not always necessitate high-level decisions; effective solutions can be implemented at the organizational level. To comprehensively address this issue, Russian Research Institute of Health developed the STIMUL standard, a solution for service delivery models management designed at enhancing patient satisfaction with healthcare services. STIMUL helps healthcare organizations become more patient-oriented quickly and cost-effectively by improving medical care processes and conditions. STIMUL integrates innovative approaches for healthcare: lean technologies, design thinking, customer journey mapping, and the "mystery patient" method. It focuses on improving organizational aspects affecting patient satisfaction: medical care accessibility, medical facilities conditions, staff-patient communication, medical organization and patients interaction, feedback systems. The implementation stages: 1. Initial assessment and team training: Auditor uses "mystery patient" technique to experience the organization as a regular patient, following the entire customer journey. Training approach focuses on patient-centered methods, incorporating design thinking, lean technologies. 2. Implementation: A detailed action plan is developed, mapping out the "as-is" and "to-be" customer journeys and implemented to improve processes and patient experience. 3. Certification to ensure compliance with the STIMUL standard. Benefits for patients: Enhanced experience during clinic/hospital visits, no queues, and the ability to receive necessary services without additional effort or stress. Increased adherence to medical appointments and follow-ups and fostering trust in the healthcare system. Development of a health-conscious culture among the population, increased engagement of the population in health preserving lifestyle. Benefits for medical organizations: a complete tool kit for systematic patient engagement based on data. Decrease in the number of patient complaints. Private services development opportunities. Increased staff satisfaction and reduced risk of professional burnout. Improvement in National Project indicators. Enhanced reputation among patients and authorities, leading to higher patient loyalty and trust in the healthcare system.

Employ precision agriculture technologies to improve crop yields and nutritional quality of food produced in BRICS countries.

PROBLEM :Together, the BRICS nations—Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa—account for a sizeable share of global agricultural output. Nevertheless, maximizing crop yields and guaranteeing the nutritional value of the food produced present a number of difficulties for these countries. Conventional farming practices frequently lead to the inefficient use of resources like pesticides, fertilizers, and water. Reduced crop yields, worsening environmental conditions, and inconsistent nutritional quality in product are all possible outcomes of this inefficiency. Furthermore, pest infestations, soil degradation, and climate variability make it harder to continue using sustainable agriculture practices. IMPLEMENTED SOLUTION :The use of precision agriculture technologies offers a revolutionary solution to these problems. Farmers may manage agricultural resources more precisely and effectively by utilizing drones, artificial intelligence (AI), and Internet of Things (IoT) sensors.

Problem: Designers and illustrators have to write complex and very long prompts to generate graphics. When implementing AI-models, the productivity of a specialist decreases practically by 2 times, because the person has to spend up to 90% of his time working with voluminous and complex text queries, which without sufficient detail may not even be understood or ignored by the model How the product solves the problem: Instead of a single text field, NeuroArtist has a visual prompt editor - all the details of the generation description are displayed in the blocks generated by the AI, and the user only needs to spell out the most important things, select the details from the proposed ones and indicate which details need to be worked out in more detail.

Buildings, land plots and other objects have no boundaries in the airspace. And no boundaries of space means no owner. Therefore, it is impossible to allocate air routes for drones and it is impossible to collect taxes from the space. For example, let's take 1 problem - the invasion of a drone into private airspace. Now the problem is solved by a complete ban on flights in the city, but what should delivery drones or fire drones and other services do? Plus, navigation in the city suffers, especially for taxi drivers. We have a solution - the creation of a single city system of drone surveillance and registration of airspace based on a three-dimensional cadastre. We have come up with and are implementing Three-Dimensional Cadastral Registration, it is accepted by Rosreestr, supported by the Government of the Russian Federation. We create a volumetric model of airspace around the object, tie it to the coordinate system and to the boundaries on the ground, establish surveillance of the perimeter of the space using the Geopager sensor we developed. Geopager detects a drone, notifies and records the fact of penetration into airspace, and displays its path of movement. Each Sensor monitors a specific area, and together they form a city monitoring network. In addition to detecting Drones, sensors help navigate in space and build air routes for civilian drones. Geopager highlights the boundaries of airspace for which you can register ownership, which means paying additional taxes to the city budget.

The current state of permafrost soils is to a large extent shaped by global climate change in the Arctic. Global warming inevitably causes quantitative and qualitative changes in cryolithozone. Combined, the higher average air temperature and man-made impacts on permafrost soils result in a cumulative effect that may undermine the stability of permafrost soils around bases and in natural and engineering disasters. To address this issue and mitigate the accident risk, in 2021 the Company’s Polar Division developed and commissioned an innovative system to monitor the condition of bases and foundations of buildings and structures located in permafrost areas. The project is run in the Norilsk Industrial District across the Company's assets and urban infrastructure facilities and relies on cutting edge automated surveillance solutions and a dedicated software – an information and diagnostics system of the Polar Division. The project is focused on using automatic equipment to keep real-time track of temperatures in permafrost soils around bases, behavior in foundations, as well as temperature and humidity levels in crawl spaces. It seeks to help prevent accidents at Nornickel’s industrial facilities and, later on, local housing infrastructure and proactively identify any hazardous defects or deviations that might result in damage to the buildings and structures or their elements, with special safety criteria developed for all monitored indicators. If any such indicator exceeds its threshold, a signal is sent that the facility needs inspection and fixing. Key figures of the system: 17 production sites, >950 facilities connected to the diagnostic system 218 of which are fully automated, >600 employees use the system, 138 strain gauges, 1,200 inclinometers, 30 accelerometers, >450 thermistor strings etc.
